FLORIDA CLASSES

 

 

Sales Pre-Licensing

This is the beginning class in real estate, and fulfills Florida’s education requirement for salespersons. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. It’s an outstanding opportunity for an exciting career, or for those wanting to know more about this interesting and vital subject.

 

 

Sales Post Licensing

This is the required course before the first renewal. It is a “hands on” training course for the new salesperson. This will help increase your income, and we recommend that you take it soon after receiving your license.

 

Broker Pre-licensing

This course meets the education requirements for becoming a broker. It includes relevant information on appraising, financial analysis, property management, investment analysis and the operation of a brokerage office.

 

Whether or not you intend to operate a brokerage firm, this course will provide valuable information and increase your income.

 

Broker Post Licensing

           

Advanced Brokerage Management Techniques

Practical real-world  methods of recruiting, training, and operation of a successful real estate office.

 

Advanced Real Estate Investment Analysis

Provides rewarding insights for your investment clients and customers. Financial calculator or equivalent required.

 

 

MICHIGAN CLASSES

Real Estate Fundamentals

            Approved for Pre-Licensing requirement

            This course is designed to prepare the student for the State of Michigan Licensing Exam.

 

Real Estate Basic Appraisal Broker Specialty

            This course deals with the various methods of the property valuation processes.

 

Real Estate Finance 

            This course deals with the various ways of financing real estate transactions.

 

Real Estate Investment

            This course deals with investment properties and the methods used to evaluate investment properties.

 

Property Management          

Discussions revolve around the ways to manage investment properties for absentee owners.

 

Real Estate Law

            This course deals with case law and the statutes of the Federal Government and State of  Michigan relating to real estate transactions.

 

Real Estate Broker Fundamentals

            This course is designed for the newly Licensed Broker and opening an Office.

 

 

SCHOOL POLICIES

      

1.   PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS-Student needs to posses a high school diploma or GED, be

      18 years old, and use the English language.

2.   ENROLLMENT-Student may register for classes by arranging the times and days with the  

      instructor.  See each individual class for required number of hours.

3.   HOLIDAYS-School will be closed on the following days:

      New Year's Day                                Memorial Day                                         Independence Day

      Labor Day                                         Thanksgiving Day                                    Christmas Day

4.   MATERIALS-Tuition includes all required material.

5.   ATTENDANCE-Attendance is required at all sessions unless notice and permission are given

      before class begins.   Any time and material are to be made up at agreed upon times.

6.   CONDUCT-Any illegal activity by student will be cause for dismissal.

7.   GRADING-Students receive a pass/fail grade based on the state required percentages.

8.   TUITION REFUND-All tuition and fees paid by the application shall be refunded if the applicant

      is rejected by the school before enrollment.  An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be 

      retained by the school if the application is denied.  All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be 

      refunded if requested within three business days after signing a contract with the school.  All

      refunds shall be returned within 30 days.

9.   PREVIOUS TRAINING-Usually, no experience credit is given.  The one exception is that 

      candidates who have been active in real estate sales, one of the past five years in a state other than 

      Florida, may proceed to the Florida Broker Pre-licensing class with verification of that experience

      from the licensing state.

10. CERTIFICATES will be provided at the satisfactory completion of Michigan and Florida classes.

11. PLACEMENT-No placement assistance is available for enrolled students.
